Senior Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install and Implement Refresh products remotely and at customer sites.
• Provide customer with Project and Technical Consulting.
• Provide customer training at all levels - End Users, to Administrators to Developers.
• Ensure that any problems or requests for enhancements identified at customer sites are communicated quickly and accurately to development.
• Take ownership for resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfactory closure.

Requirements

• 5+ years software software engineering experience with OO using Java and/or C#.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, SQL tools, data modeling and informational architecture.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, dhtml, and JavaScript.
• Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple integrated applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter, able to work independently without direct supervision.

• Able to learn new technologies quickly, able to adapt easily.

• Previous Consulting experience.

• Travel (15%).
